We will play a key role in transforming how the industry operates to address consumers' needs more effectively by removing administrative barriers and other inefficiencies that disrupt delivery of care.This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US and may require up to 10% travel. Avaneer Health is looking for engineers to help build innovative solutions to solve big problems in healthcare. Were helping to minimize interface needs, enable data fluidity, and encourage more automated and secure cross-party collaboration using blockchain technology between some of the largest healthcare organizations.The primary responsibilities for this role include working on a Scrum team of engineers to design, build, test, and deploy the Avaneer Network solution.Job Responsibilities

• Develop features and improvements to the Avaneer product suite in a secure, well-tested, and performant way
• Collaborate with Product Management during refinement to break down requirements into development tasks to be completed during sprints
• Write code that meets internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices
• Conduct peer code reviews of fellow Scrum team members following code review guidelines
• Participate in rotating weekday and weekend on-call rotations to assist troubleshooting production operations, security operations, and urgent engineering issues
• Complete and maintain required security training in to access sensitive data in production environments during operations supportQualifications/Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Clear and coherent written communication skills, including visual representations of data
  • Experience with DevOps tools & technology (Git, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform)
  • Experience with creating, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure in AWS
  • Comfortable working in an iterative Agile development environment using Scrum methodologyDesired Characteristics
    • Knowledgeable of scripting languages
    • Experience with Go (or similar language)
