We are seeking a skilled Process & Tooling Engineer to enhance our manufacturing procedures and tooling capabilities, ensuring project specifications and high-quality standards are met efficiently. This role requires a blend of technical skill, creativity, and innovation to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvements. Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. Analyzing and planning workload distribution, space requirements, and workflow, and designing layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Collaborating with vendors to determine product specifications and arranging for the purchase of equipment, materials, or parts according to specifications and quality standards. Coordinating with production and engineering teams to implement new processes and validate equipment and process changes. Conducting research and development of new tools and methodologies to improve process efficiency and product quality. Assisting in the development and maintenance of detailed documentation for operations and engineering procedures. Providing process and tooling guidance during prototype development phases and production scaling. Proficient in CAD software and tool design Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with statistical process control and lean manufacturing techniques In-depth knowledge of material properties and manufacturing processes Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent documentation and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) Professional Engineering (PE) license, preferably
