Job Description Job Description Hydraulic Design Engineer Position: Hydraulic Design Engineer Location: On-site in Rockford, IL Salary Range: $80K - $125K (DOE) Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of cartridge valves and related hydraulic components - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance, manufacturability, and reliability - Apply hydraulic systems knowledge to support broader engineering initiatives - Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation - Conduct design reviews and support prototype testing and validation - Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality teams Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Proven experience in hydraulic design, especially cartridge valves - Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and fluid power principles - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Benefits - Competitive Compensation - Medical - Dental - Vision - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
