Job Summary: We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists (both Lathes and Mills) to be responsible for operating and programming machines to perform precision machining on complex, large parts. Duties and Responsibilities: Familiar with general CNC milling operation ( Mazak and Fanuc Controls ) Familiar with general CNC lathe operation ( Mazak and Fanuc Controls ) Familiar with writing and checking programs and measuring tool offsets Ability to efficiently use all range of hand tools for measuring Responsible for basic operations, including replacing worn tools and cleaning machines Familiar with operating lifting devices for movement of materials Maintain cleanliness of work area Requirements: Position requires the applicant be a US Person or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) At least 5 years of experience as a machinist Excellent knowledge of GD&T of blueprint reading Ability to operate measuring instruments and operate Mazak or FANUC controls Experience working in AS9100 and ISO9000 environment a plus Ability to follow instructions and drawings with minimal supervision Ability to follow proper safety protocols Job Details: Full time on-site position Day and Night shifts available Advanced VTL and 5-Axis machinists positions also available Benefits include: PPO Health Insurance Plan 401K Retirement Plan with company matching contributions Paid holidays and paid vacation time Annual Vision Reimbursement Program Tuition Reimbursement Program State-of-the-art, air temperature conditioned working environment On-the-job training and mentoring included You should be proficient in: GD&T CNC Tooling AS9100 Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak) Turning Lathe Overhead Crane CNC Mill (5 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak) CNC Lathe (5 axis) (Mazak) Horizontal Machining Center (5 axis) (Mazak) Vertical Lathe (Toshiba)
