thinking truly matter. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll maintain
and repair critical machinery—including CNC equipment—while
supporting the upkeep of our entire facility. Whether tackling
preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, or keeping
building systems running at their best, you’ll be essential in
ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive workplace. This will be
an onsite 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm M-F) role at our Racine
facility. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the
maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery and facilities. The
main duties include help with repairing and maintaining CNC and
other machinery, general repairs to the building and property
including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, hydraulic, pneumatic and
plumbing systems. The incumbent will need to have good
problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well in a fast
paced environment. Job Duties: Inspect, schedule, and perform
preventative maintenance work on machines and company equipment.
Analyze and take appropriate action to repair machines and company
equipment. Prioritize and distribute maintenance orders and follow
through to ensure expected outcome is met in a timely manner Add
and maintain plumbing and electrical systems to buildings. Take
responsibility for overall maintenance, snow removal, and repair of
buildings. Initiate purchase orders for parts and machines.
Education and Experience: High school degree required; Associate's
Degree/Trade school preferred 3 years of experience in Maintenance,
Operations or a similar field desired Qualifications: Experience
repairing and maintaining CNC and other machinery preferred Ability
to troubleshoot and evaluate equipment to ensure safety and
efficient operational objectives are met required Competencies:
