Job Summary/Objective

As the leader of employee benefits channel marketing, you will work cross-functionally, gathering insights from customer-facing teams to create and implement InfoArmor's field marketing strategy focused on achieving our growth and retention goals.

You will serve as a catalyst of growth, using a customer-centric approach across all major marketing and sales enablement functions. Essential Functions

---Lead InfoArmor's marketing strategy, planning and execution for the employee benefits channel

---Define employee benefits marketing program objectives in line with InfoArmor's sales strategy and oversee the portfolio of field marketing activities

---Leverage a strong understanding of commercial priorities, strategic considerations and core marketing functions to deliver successful programs

---Collaborate with sales, broker and account management teams to identify priority target accounts, and lead the development of account-based marketing plans and campaigns

---Guide the sales& account management organizations on the role and value of marketing within strategic accounts and promote a unified customer approach

---Monitor industry trends, regulations, technology trends, macroeconomic conditions, and the competitive landscape and act as an industry subject matter expert

---Collaborate with marketing peers to conduct market and customer research that helps optimize marketing performance

---Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs at a regional level

---Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop buyer journeys and personas, using them to inform regional marketing planning and optimization

---Influence product go-to-market direction based on market knowledge, program portfolio performance, and leading marketing practices

---Develop frameworks and best practices to increase scale and efficiencies including operating models, organization capabilities, processes, and tools

---Establish KPIs, determine success criteria and drive accountability

---Lead the ongoing optimization of marketing plans and campaigns based on insights from marketing analysis and research

---Recruit, manage, and develop a high performing team in support of increasing customer awareness, preference, purchase intent, and revenue growth

---Collaborate with product marketing managers and sales operations teams to incorporate sales feedback and needs into marketing plan and programs

---Experience working within a customer focused sales environment with an understanding of sales channels and market segments

---Demonstrated experience building and leading the implementation of marketing plans focused on achieving revenue growth goals

---Detail oriented and able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously and execute flawlessly

---Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization

---Highly motivated self-starter who thrives on working in a rapidly growing and evolving business

---Excellent communication, organization, time management, process, and project management skills

Supervisory Responsibility

---This position may be expected to manage one or more full-time employees.

Required Education and Experience

---Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Preferred Education and Experience

---Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing, including plan development and management

---Experience in employee benefits industry is strongly preferred

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

---MBA or advanced degree desirable but not required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the typical business day, although a limited amount of air travel with overnight stays is expected (estimated 5-10 trips per year).

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.
