What you'll learn & achieve: Senior Manager, Field Engineering Implementation is responsible for the design and implementation of Field Engineering Services strategic customer transformation initiatives. Designs, develops, and implements enhanced customer initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.--Responsible for developing and managing execution of a multi-year transformation across multiple teams in a globally dispersed organization of 1000 employees.
        • Leads the design, development and implementation of customer "services in the field" transformation plan, achieves buy-in and partner with appropriate stakeholders (e.g. operations), conducting pilots as needed, and drives final implementation of recommendations.
        • Responsible for developing customer retention and NPS goals for field engineering and tracking progress towards goals and sharing within field engineering.
        • Collects customer feedback (internal and external) through various tools (e.g. surveys) and serve as a customer experience champion by developing and implementing programs that break down internal blockers, drives improvements for the customer, including removing roadblocks and red tape as the primary point of contact for major escalations.
        • Responsible for creating an exceptional Field Services onboarding experience for customers by gathering and using Voice of Customer data and NPS results.
        • Identifies & develops the tracking of market information to support strategic & tactical decisions for Field Engineering.
        • Responsible for driving customer satisfaction by deploying best in-class tactics to drive improved onboarding, retention, data gathering and Field Engineer engagement.
        • Leads a team that is responsible for gathering of competitive intelligence to understand capabilities and positioning in field engineering in order to drive and achieve business results.
        • Key contributor to the creation of business and service strategy including Field LRP (Long Range Plan)
        • In partnership with Chief Scientist Technical training team and UL University designs, develops, and implements training programs for field engineering staff to ensure the programs are in compliance with regulations and standards.
        • Leads and is owner of technical training services for field engineering, partners with HR and ULU in identifying and upskilling the capabilities of the Field Engineering teams in support of COU strategic plans and field engineering strategic business goals.
        • Responsible for leading a virtual team across other verticals within Field.
        • Manages performance of direct reports by defining accountability, establishing performance objectives and KPIs, providing feedback & guidance & ensuring all policies are understood and adhered to. What makes you a great fit:
          • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
          • A minimum of 8 years of total professional experience, 4+ years business strategy or commercial role
          • Experience working with diverse, global teams strongly preferred
          • Experience managing and delivering clear, impactful communications to internal and external stakeholders
          • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions
          • Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence behaviors to help change across a field organization
          • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
          • Strong analytical mindset
          • Change Management experience with demonstrated use of change management tools
          • Ability to create business cases with detailed implementation plans
          • Experience building high-performing and highly collaborative teams
