Job Description:
The Vice President of Global Sales provides leadership,
direction, and resource stewardship to the division's global sales
function. The VP, Global Sales is accountable for the overall sales
performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization
goals, and for aligning sales objectives with the enterprise
business strategy.Responsibilities:* Aligns the sales function's
objectives with the division business strategy through active
participation in strategic planning, sales strategy development,
forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.* Accountable
for achieving assigned targets for profitable sales revenue, market
share, and other key financial performance objectives.* Accountable
for top line revenue* Uses strategic negotiation and sales
strategies at the customer leadership level in discussing complex
pricing and selling solutions with customers* Collaborate with the
Customer Success Team to identify continuous improvement areas and
devise creative solutions that bring value to the customer* Engages
TMC and CHR senior leadership teams to ensure alignment, resource
prioritization and participation in account strategy* Expand
customer wallet share by building relationships, identifying
opportunities and selling managed services solutions* Accountable
for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles,
and sales resource deployment.* Provides leadership to the sales
organization's management team, while fostering a culture of
accountability, professional development, high-performance, and
ethical behavior.* Leads sales organization change initiatives by
continuously assessing the need for organizational change,
championing change initiatives, and removing obstacles impeding
constructive organizational change.* Establishes and maintains
productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and
prospects.* Responsible for the overall new Customer Contracts,
contract process, contract negotiation and organizational contract
support to the new and existing accounts. * Responsible for regular
Business Development forecasts to the business and insuring there
are sufficient opportunities to meet the business financial goals.*
Work closely with Marketing to drive initiatives around driving
leads, brand and other activities necessary to attain goals.*
Supports the achievement of strategic objectives critical to other
functional areas within the division and enterprise* Help develop
new business and accounts to ensure the company meets its growth
rates.* Proactively look to improve profit margins across all
provided services* Build a sales culture that supports TMC's IMPACT
valuesRequired Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree from an
accredited college or university* Minimum of 10 years in the sales
and marketing sector* Minimum of 5 years leading and managing
teams* Drive collaboration across the division and enterprise to
identify needs and develop scalable solutions* Prioritize
objectives and implement strategies to achieve division initiatives
as part of the leadership team* Manages relationships with key
customers* Establishing and executing sales strategies and
developing and managing the sales organization P&L* Strong
executive presence with the ability to influence and represent the
needs to the business to multiple stakeholder groups at the C, V
and D level; able to navigate complexity and competing interests of
multiple stakeholders* Impeccable judgment and ability to make
sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting* Lead internal
teams, providing clear objectives, development, mentorship, and
proactive performance management guidance* Proven success creating
and supporting a culture of teamwork, leading large groups to
achieve the common goal* Develops and maintains an environment of
continuous improvement* Analytical thinker with solid business
acumen, analysis, and P&L responsibility* Broad industry
perspective and understanding of competitive threats and
competitive positioning* Values a diverse and inclusive work
environment* Ability to travel up to 50% (domestically and
internationally)Preferred Qualifications:* Master's degree from an
accredited college or university* Ability to collaborate across
multiple shared services and internal teams* Excellent formal and
informal presentation skills; written and verbal* Deep
understanding of CHR services, network, and our customer-facing
value propositions* Engagement in industry leadership positions and
associations * Strong working knowledge of CHR internal systems,
data hubs, and processes* Demonstrated commitment to personal
development* Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency &
