Job Description:

SEC Reporting Manager POSITION OVERVIEW: Under the direction of the VP, Controller, this individual will develop, prepare, analyze and publish all internal and external financial reports and SEC filings in accordance with all required accounting principles and practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports including: balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and supporting information. * Prepare monthly management reporting and quarterly Board of Directors packages (including Treasury Statements; LOS, covenant calculation, financials etc. for bank and credit facilities) - analyze financial statements * Coordinate and lead the company's SOX / internal control compliance process * Work with Controller to identify all reporting requirements. * Coordinate between financial reporting and investor relations departments. * Assist in completion of annual audit by providing information and explanations to internal and external auditors. * Prepare 10-Qs and 10-Ks and other documents for filing with the SEC. * Prepare company XBRL filings and ensure company's tagging is up to date. * Maintain processes and systems that ensure the accuracy of the fundamental data used for financial reporting and work towards technical improvement. * Provide financial analysis including explanations of variances between actual and budget/prior period. * Work with the Corporate Controller to research accounting issues as requested. * Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests as directed. * Assist VP finance and controller with budging and forecasting tasks EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * CPA preferred * 4-6 years' accounting experience, with at least 2 years SEC reporting * Public Accounting experience preferred * Ability to work closely with management * Commitment to all reporting and audit deadlines * Strong Excel skills * ERP software experience a plus Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit https://www.parkerlynch.com/candidate-privacy/ The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
