looking for an E-Commerce Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) Director who
will help to shape how people buy, experience, and receive our
products in an environment where alcohol sales online are poised
for unprecedented growth. This person will build relationships with
our customers via our digital properties (e.g., website, social,
email, apps, etc.) and develop a best-in-class program that
promotes our products, merchandise, and clubs. We are seeking
someone who can help us build and optimize our digital products
using the latest technologies and data-driven methods. This role
will be the engine fueling our DtC strategy, end-to-end business
management, and overall e-commerce growth with a focus on defining,
creating, and evolving the consumer experience.-- --- Develop and
drive an e-commerce strategy consistent with the company's
long-term goals that promotes our products, merchandise, and
--- Collaborate with our marketing, sales, and operations teams on
a direct-to-consumer program that supports the portfolio strategy,
plans and budget to achieve goals.
--- Build, optimize and execute on cross-channel digital strategies
that expand customer acquisition and retention and meet business
--- Oversee brand's digital shelf (product description and imagery
on retailer sites, third-party marketplaces, mobile apps, company
websites, and other eCommerce channels).
--- Create reports and actionable insights from marketing
technology and SEO tools.
--- Analyze and track growth forecasts and report on performance
providing key insights and actions to cross-functional teams and
--- Oversee one direct report (E-Commerce Manager).
--- Manage and develop vendor and agency relationships that help
create a positive consumer experience.
--- Stay up to date on new or emerging trends within online
shopping space.-- Job Qualifications --- Bachelor's degree in
e-commerce, marketing, business, or related field.
--- At least 5 years of experience of e-commerce and
direct-to-consumer experience required, alcohol beverage industry
--- Experience with digital and omnichannel strategy, as well as
performance digital marketing channels, including email, social,
performance media, and SEO.
--- Understanding of how to leverage digital analytics insights to
optimize business outcomes and effectively communicate and present
on those insights to drive actions.
--- Ability to manage relationships and expectations of multiple
stakeholders and departments.
--- Familiarity with emerging e-commerce, loyalty, and SMS/Text
marketing platforms (Shopify & Squarespace, ShipBob, Chatitive,
--- Familiarity with tools and technologies relevant to compliance
and fulfillment (Vinoshipper and ShipCompliant a plus).
--- Core understanding of optimizing UX/UI interface.
--- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to think
