This Mid Commercial team sells to our customer base with 200 to
1000 employees in the Financial Services market segment. This team
will specifically focus on customers and prospects within the
Banking space. Your team will sell the entire Salesforce portfolio,
including core CRM, financial services-specific industry solutions
(Financial Services Cloud), and any additional products and
solutions relevant to this customer segment (the Salesforce PaaS
Platform, CPQ, Quip, AI, Analytics, etc).
Role Description:
We are seeking a proven, tactical and strategic Sales Manager to
lead a team of Account Executives who are tasked with generating
growth in our Mid Commercial accounts. The appointed sales leader
will play a key role in leading this highly visible and motivated
team that generates revenues and achieves individual, team and
organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to the
corporate sales strategy while providing definition and
implementation of the plan for sales to achieve corporate
objectives.

Your Qualifications:
Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skillset
needed to be successful will vary from 3+ yrs of sales leadership
experience managing a team of seven or more quota carrying sales
people. In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Support direct reports by participating and leading client and
prospect meetings Ongoing mentorship and development of a sales
team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Account
Executives on sales process Conducting weekly forecast meetings.
Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure Report
on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the
results Industry experience in financial services is strongly
preferred Across all Sales Leaders, we are looking for the
following attributes: Strong leadership capabilities Experience in
sales coaching and mentoring Ability to operate effectively in a
fast-paced, team environment Has a strong drive for results Strong
engagement and communication skills Consultative selling experience
Can collaborate and influence in a "win as a team" environment
Resourceful Is a trusted advisor to the customers and colleagues

Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
