Position Summary: We are looking for a strong, poised individual who is capable of effectively servicing a growing cyber insurance practice team and its clients. This person will be trained on how to identify client needs and suggest the appropriate products and services, determine the complexity of a claim and at times quickly resolve an issue that does not require escalation. This position has immense opportunity for growth within the organization. Some travel may be required when Covid-related restrictions are lifted.
Essential Responsibilities/ Minimum Requirements included, but not limited to:

• This person will be the first point of contact and will manage the cyber incident reporting hotline.
• Effectively triage and prioritize cyber incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire claim process.
• Report directly to and work closely with Cyber Insurance Practice Team Leaders.
• Manage loss runs and entry of claims into bordereaux.
• Implement incident response processes, procedures, guidelines, and solutions.
• Able to perform case management duties.
• Entertain clients which will include quarterly or bi-annual in-person meetings as well as relationship building activities outside of the office.
• Possible domestic and international travel will be necessary (when travel is deemed safe).
• Attend client and industry conferences.Basic Qualifications:
  • Possess highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.
  • Possess exceptionally strong communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must be motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Exhibit resourceful, problem-solving approach to projects.
