The Targeting & Attribution Manager (TAM) supports pre-campaign target recommendations and manages post-campaign attribution and measurement. Provides executional strategy for measurement studies, to analyze the success of DISH Media's targeted advertising business, across both DISH and Sling TV. Gives guidance and recommendations to drive future campaigns. This role requires the ability to build and sustain relationships across agencies, clients, and data partners, managing the day-to-day to ensure optimal targeting, measurement and attribution, to continually improve business outcomes. The TAM reports directly into the Advanced TV Analytics Team Lead. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manages projects and relationships that are critical to our addressable advertising business Thinks strategically about DISH's existing data relationships and provides direction for targeting, attribution, and provide campaign insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness Leads meetings with internal and external stakeholders and plays a key role in presenting during those meetings Ensures data partner deliverables are on-time, within scope, and within budget Utilize available resources including research and competitive intelligence to develop recommendations and provide targeting insights Work closely with marketing to provide case study updates to be used as sales collateral, provide insights, and best practices Conduct trainings on the Addressable space both internally and externally to clients Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2 - 4 years of related experience at an advertising agency, media/publisher, cable/satellite provider or ad tech company. Worked in a data-driven role; strong data and analytics background. Able to multi-task and working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Possess strong project management skills as well as written and verbal communication and presentation abilities. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Required Skills: Experience working with audience tools (Experian Audience Engine, LiveRamp Connect/Connect Select, etc.) High level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel pivot tables & Powerpoint) and Google Suite Experience working with audience measurement tools (Nielsen, comScore). Syndicated data (GfkMRI, Simmons, Scarborough) is a plus.
