About the Opportunity -- Neil Patel Digital (NPD) is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative--Senior--Paid Media Manager (Programmatic) to join our Paid Media team either at our headquarters in San Diego, CA or remote. The ideal candidate has--4-5--years of managing--programmatic--budgets of over $1M--per month and understands what it takes to--set and win competitive bids to reach an audience--while meeting campaign KPIs across the open exchanges. You should have outstanding knowledge of how--DV360--or similar programmatic platforms--work, as well as--have a good grasp on how to optimize performance--based on the campaign objective of performance or awareness. Equally important to your technical--programmatic--chops is your ability to communicate your analysis and recommendations to clients and colleagues alike.-- -- Our ideal candidate is someone who is fun to work with, can speak confidently on the value of our optimizations and work, and--can--explain complex strategies in an easy to digest manner. Responsibilities: Reporting to--the Director,--Programmatic--Media, the--Senior--Paid Media Manager--(Programmatic)--will be responsible for the strategic approach and campaign delivery to meet clients' goals and KPIs driving overall success.-- -- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: --

  • Plan programmatic campaigns with impression--estimates--within the programmatic platforms --
  • Analyze and resolve diverse, complex issues via an in-depth knowledge of programmatic strategy and delivery on Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360 or similar--DSPs --
  • Execute--day-to-day trading, including--campaign bid management and daily optimizations--across various paid media tactics, including but not limited to: OTT/streaming video, digital audio, digital out of home, native, and display --
  • Identify--third party data segments--at efficient CPMs--for audience targeting-- --
  • Traffic-- ad --creative through third-party ad server--(CM360) --
  • Monitor ad verification, brand safety,--and--viewability --
  • Negotiate--and implement direct and private marketplace deals with select media partners --
  • Interpret and report on attribution models across programmatic and other paid media campaigns--to illustrate the impact of upper-funnel tactics on performance --
  • Guide tracking and floodlight tag setup alongside Data, Analytics & Insights team --
  • Communicate internally within teams to ensure success across all paid media campaigns--and SEO--efforts --
  • Develop and deliver client reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis--- --
  • Work closely with Paid Media--Managers--and Specialists--to--foster and mentor their growth--in programmatic buying -- Required Skills and Expertise: --
    • 4-5--years in recent--Programmatic buying--experience --
    • Experience working with $1M+ monthly--DSP ad spends --
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills --
    • Exceptional--organizational skills--with the--ability to prioritize time and workload efficiently --
    • Great attention to detail & exceptionally strong with numbers & analysis --
    • Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360 platform experience--preferred --
    • Google Ads display, video & discovery campaign targeting and buying a plus --
    • Google Analytics and other professional certifications a plus --
