Find out more information about how TripleLift is shaping the future of advertising at The Role TripleLift is seeking a driven Engagement Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will build and nurture relationships with account teams at top demand-side platforms (DSPs), focusing on evangelizing TripleLift products (Native, Video, Display) and surfacing opportunities to TripleLift Sales and Partner Management teams. As an Engagement Manager, you will work on our largest, most strategic partnerships in a high-visibility role. A top candidate will be a masterful connector, demonstrating the ability to build relationships, build and grow advocacy and navigate conversations with a wide array of agency and brand account teams at the DSP. In addition, you'll be counted on to act as a trusted media consultant and understand how to stay top-of-mind with partners in a competitive programmatic landscape. Responsibilities * Establish robust relationships with the decision makers, influencers and key members of DSP account teams to continually understand business priorities and provide intelligent solutions * Act as account matchmaker between TripleLift and our DSP partners, building bridges between the TripleLift Sales and Partner Management team and their brand/agency counterparts at the DSP to crack and grow accounts * Leverage DSP rolodex to surface new sales opportunities and RFPs, fostering collaboration among our partners and TripleLift Sales and Partner Management teams * Ensure the TripleLift narrative for Native, Video and Display is understood by account teams at the DSP, providing continuous product and marketing updates to stay top-of-mind * Understand the team and incentive structure of each DSP and build programs that align with them to ensure success for both parties * Support the Account Director, Platform Partnerships by maximizing adoption for all product lines across the DSP's key accounts (Native, Video, Display) * Partner with Product Marketing to develop and maintain DSP collateral, distributing relevant collateral (e.g. product features, case studies, tentpole packages) to key account teams * Become an expert on the use and best practices of TripleLift; provide consultative services and offer recommendations and insights to account teams on how to improve performance * Host office hours at the DSP to share key updates, make recommendations and build relationships with key account teams. Requirements * 3+ years of online advertising or programmatic experience (experience working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus) * Deep understanding of programmatic media buying, including agency and brand-direct buyers * Proven track record of growing accounts by forming a strong relationship with clients * Outstanding oral and written communication skills; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization with complete composure * Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines * Commitment to excellence - working with hustle, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy * Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward; * Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience or holding other degrees will be considered.
