Revenue and Data Analysis Manager


-Responsible for all aspects of revenue management, yield optimization and data analysis.
-Implement pricing and revenue management processes in line with corporate strategy and goals.
-In partnership with Chief Commercial Officer, Sales and Marketing teams, develop an annual pricing and inventory allocation strategy that seeks to maximize revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
-Monitor and manage the pricing and inventory allocations on a monthly, weekly and daily basis to revise and respond to changing market conditions, booking pace or demand indicators.
-Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotions, discount strategies and to develop profitable product packages to impact revenue and attendance during need periods.
-Implement control tools and policies to maximize revenue and attendance during high demand periods.
-Develop and periodically update attendance and revenue annual budget and forecasts that reflects changing demand indicators and booking pace.
-Conduct competitive analysis of the market as needed to ensure appropriate pricing and positioning strategies.
-Monitor 3rd party sales channels including OTA and multi-attraction Pass product for adherence to pricing and positioning agreements. Identify possible variances between objectives and reality of distribution strategy and propose corrective actions.
-Develop reporting and data analysis tools that provide appropriate presentation of key data to various audiences (corporate team, operations team, shareholders).
-Manage and maintain ticketing system data, product and pricing hierarchy.
-Complete monthly analysis of performance compared to budget and forecast, justify variances and provide recommendations for future improvement of performance.
-Develop and execute strategies for revenue diversification by growing contribution from ancillary revenue sources such as F&B, private events, add-on experiences.
-Ensure pricing strategy supports value perception of guests and implement corrective actions if necessary.
-Develop, maintain and increase peer relationships within the industry with an aim of driving visitation growth expectations as agreed with the Managing Director and the Magnicity Group business plan.
