KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the two principal partners, the incumbent will drive the Sourcing and Talent Acquisition operations of the firm by collaborating with the partners to ensure that ongoing recruiting projects are completed in a timely fashion. This includes front line responsibility for, and project management of our current searches, candidate relationship management, and coordinating other administrative tasks.

The incumbent must possess a strong combination of functional expertise with deep experience navigating law firm websites, LinkedIn, formulating their own method for information and intelligence gathering, and to a lesser extent, utilizing SaaS platforms like Bullhorn and Leopard Solutions. We are looking for someone who is an excellent listener with a good sense of humor, personable demeanor, and ability to quickly connect with top level attorneys and executives. Equally important are internal drive, business acumen, solid operations experience, and overall good communication skills. We consider this to be a key position in which the incumbent will be mentored for his/her/their own professional development and entrusted to serve as an advisor to the Partners. The incumbent will help drive a performance-based culture that has the capabilities to change and adapt as the environment and competitive context changes.
Primary responsibilities to include:
--- Provide comprehensive Sourcing and Talent Acquisition support and drive the firm's overall effort in this vein, including conducting ongoing, in-depth research utilizing tools provided by the firm (computer and phone set-up for cold-calling/warm-calling, Web-based research, LinkedIn, etc.);
--- Produce and manage client and candidate worksheets and reports on a daily basis;
--- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to assess skills/qualifications; make recommendations, complete the Candidate Profile, and configure candidate resumes in our format;
--- Follow your initial calls with concise and prompt email responses and conduct timely second and third meetings with candidates in order to develop them as enthusiastic and viable prospects to our clients;
--- Work with multiple sources to schedule meetings and attend certain meetings in order to take notes and receive on-the-job training regarding business development;
--- Work with multiple sources to identify search/placement opportunities;
--- Draft position specifications;
--- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and client offices, and work with client-side coordinators and managers to prepare offers and facilitate pre-hire due diligence;
--- Research job openings, recruiting and other market data;
--- Generate and maintain data, track placement and hiring metrics, and develop recommendations for process improvements;
--- Work overtime as required, including traveling to attend meetings, events, functions, conferences, and trainings beyond scheduled hours;
--- Handle additional Sourcing and Talent Acquisition related projects as assigned. Achieve results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting service delivery; tracking with milestones; evaluating optional courses of action; and sometimes changing assumptions and direction;
--- Support the partners by providing advice, counsel, and decisions after thoroughly analyzing data.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE E/QUALIFICATIONS
--- 5+ years of relevant experience;
--- Strong professional presence, ability to connect and persuade highly intelligent candidates, communication skills, organization, and attention to detail required.
--- At least 3 years of sourcing, full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred);
--- Search firm, law firm or professional services firm experience (preferred); --- Advanced-level proficiency in Leopard Solutions, Google Business, Microsoft Office Suite; --- Advanced-level proficiency in LinkedIn or applicant tracking system software; and
--- Advanced-level knowledge of HR principles and practices related to sourcing and recruiting candidates.

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree required.

COMPENSATION AND LOCATION
Salary is commensurate with experience.
The position is primarily virtual with the requirement to attend certain work sessions and client meetings in person. Some travel may be required. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required.
