We are looking to fill roles for our clinical support staff positionsBe part of a team that creates support for the clinicians to provide care to an ever-growing demand of mental health services for clientsOur company is growing and expanding and so are our new positions, we are currently looking to fill the role of CASE MANAGERS for the following Departments:CASE MANAGER NEEDED THE FOLLOWING DEPARTMENTS:

  • Medical Services Department
  • Intake Department
  • Community Support & Outreach DepartmentRequirement for case manager role:
    • Experienced in client focused customer services care
      • Provide assessment of client's needs and recommend appropriate resources
        • Strong communication skills needed to communicate with physician's and other staff about any client concerns issues related their care
          • Communicate with other company departments to ensure coordination of care
            • Have experience working in a mental health care setting preferably mental health setting
              • Bachelor's Degree (Social Service or mental health concentration
