Job Description:

Responsibilities (Candidate side)
--- Uphold the standards of a positive and successful candidate experience.
--- Attract candidates using various sources: LinkedIn, internal database, Boolean searching, networking, registrations.
--- Conduct interviews (in-person, video calls, phone screen) using various recruiting and selection tools o 30- day goal: 8-10 interviews per week o 60- day goal+: 15 interviews per week
--- Assess candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, compensation expectations and career goals.
--- Develop favorable working relationship with co-workers and clients.
--- Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships throughout the interview process.
--- Pitch candidates on all potential jobs when qualified.
--- Successfully present candidates to clients/and or internal consultant with the ability to influence decisions by acting as the subject matter expert on the job and your candidate.
--- Schedule interviews with candidates internally. Send confirmation emails and coinciding prep documents, info for their assignments and/or job descriptions.
--- Prep, guide and debrief with candidates throughout the interview process.
--- Perform thoughtful and thorough reference checks.
Sourcing, and recruiting leading talent to meet the hiring goals of immediate needs but also proactively build candidate pipeline for upcoming and future growth demands.
--- Develop your candidate base through referrals.
--- Outstanding writing skills and experience using your skills to engage others.

Responsibilities (Client side)
--- Meet with prospective clients to determine staffing needs (Zoom, phone, in-person)
--- Communicate with clients on a regular basis regarding future temporary needs or current temporary employee
--- Gather specific job information including job descriptions, required skills, salary and benefit information --- Work with co-workers to establish appropriate candidates for jobs
--- Goal: meet with a minimum of four clients per month (Zoom, phone, in-person) Responsibilities (Administrative) --- Enter candidate information and resumes into ABD (TLG database)
--- Maintain the temporary division candidate spreadsheet
--- Weekly payroll support for Temporary Division, Mondays
--- Weekly invoicing support Temporary Division, Tuesdays
--- Onboarding new temporary employees
--- Maintain and update Temporary Division Employee Handbook
--- Manage unemployment claims
--- Create fee agreements Weekly/Daily Meetings
--- Weekly working lunch/job order meetings Thursdays in-office 12pm-2pm --- Zoom staffing meeting Tuesdays 9:30am --- Temporary Division meeting Mondays 9:30am
--- Weekly meeting with Amy Tuesdays at 9:00am Requirements
--- Bachelor's degree preferred
--- A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience required, recruiting in either an agency or corporate setting preferred
--- Capability of balancing getting things done quickly with getting things done superbly
--- Self-motivated, self-directed, tenacious, high-energy, collaborative
--- Strong relationship building skills --- Must enjoy a fast pace environment with changing priorities
--- Highly detail oriented and organized --- Ability to prioritize miscellaneous projects as needed
--- Work in an entrepreneurial environment
--- Available outside of standard working hour
