Job Description We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our TruView Product team. The TruView team at Numerator is building some of the most progressive and innovative products to help brands, retailers and agencies get the most complete view of consumers to create winning outcomes. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in developing our product experience and building data-driven solutions to optimize our business success. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists and engineers to build high-quality products for strategic initiatives and opportunities. You will act as the central voice for the product, drive product improvements, deliver insights and build sophisticated recommendations that will have a massive impact on the business.What you'll do:

  • Develop and own features from data analysis, discovery, user interviews, design and launch. Prioritize features and resources to ensure critical engineering resources are working on the highest impact solutions.
  • Become a close partner, advocate and a go-to authority for internal and external stakeholders on features for voice of customer, user pain points, product roadmap and feature releases.
  • Build a deep understanding of users and their jobs to be done and use this information to uncover gaps and enhance product features. Develop frameworks to synthesize this understanding into insights for the business. -
  • Work cross-functionally in an extremely collaborative environment with teams such as engineering, design, product, data science, sales, operations and customer support teams. -
  • Collaborate with the partnership and commercial team to vet and integrate external data sources that could improve our products. -
  • Assist the data science team through the model development process by clarifying business priorities for projects and identifying and scoping data pipelines as needed. -
  • Evaluate key product metrics, usage, NPS, SUS and develop features that help retain and engage users.
  • Understand Numerator's evolving strategic and competitive position to continuously deliver differentiated offerings.
    Skills & Requirements
    • 3-5 years experience in product management or product development, preferably in a data & analytics role. -
    • Previous experience working with purchase panel data preferred. -
    • Understanding of data science and hands-on analytical skills (such as SQL, data science tools and workflows). -
    • Willingness and ability to go deep in technical specs / requirements. -
    • Creative and innovative thinker who can develop new ideas and iterate on existing solutions.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
    • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to keep stakeholders informed and influence cross-functional partners. -
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evangelize the use of data for sound decision making across functions. -
    • Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to thrive in a growth-oriented environment. -
    • Organized with a knack for managing complex projects. -
    • A passionate can-do attitude. You are not afraid to try, learn and improve. -

      • Work experience in market research and working closely with a data science team or analytics team to build out data products.
