People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of
Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization
within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused
roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within
an internal functional area.
Legal and Commercial Services professionals deliver and coordinate
legal, contract and commercial advice and counsel in support of
Accenture's or our clients' business, working to manage and
mitigate risk and ensure ethical behavior and compliance with laws
and company policies.
Job Description
Accenture Legal encompasses -2800 lawyers, contract management and
other professionals in 46 countries, making us amongst the biggest
in-house units of our kind globally.
Legal Operations (Legal Ops) provides services to other Legal
functions that improve their day-to-day efficiency and
effectiveness, facilitate change and control costs. This SPOC role
is part of the Strategic Programme & Operations (SP&O) team
within Legal Ops.
This is an exciting opportunity within Legal Ops to support the
Corporate Investigations team in the strategic development of the
function. This includes supporting leaders in monitoring and
managing the Business Ethics Line (including allocation of matters
and data analysis), internal and external reporting, managing
internal escalations and decision-making processes, managing policy
initiatives, training curriculum planning and course development,
communications and awareness, outside counsel management, and other
strategic priorities.
Career growth will be within Legal Ops and while the candidate will
be supporting this program for 1-2 years, it is expected that they
are building the competencies to be subsequently deployable in any
of the Legal functions.

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,
Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles
that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by
a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set,
level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of
Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $97,632 -
$161,200 and information on benefits offered is here.
