Help us build a stronger employee experience at HUB!The Learning Operations & Program Manager is a new role on HUB's Talent & Organizational Development (T&OD) team.This role will be accountable for ensuring an effective roll out of our enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), while also looking at the broader learning experience for HUB employees.You will identify how to put employees at the center of all their learning needs - be it insurance technical training, client service and sales training, HUB specific systems training, and all things leadership and professional development.This role will also be point for continuing to improve our new hire onboarding experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

LMS Oversight

Co-lead the implementation of the new LMS (Cornerstone on Demand) with our LMS Systems Administrator

Create a scalable governance structure for HUB regions as they look to leverage the LMS

Consult with regional leadership regarding their usage of the LMS and other learning needs

Lead relevant LMS training for regional administrators and other super users of the LMS

Learning experience

Promote awareness and utilization of educational technologies among program leadership and coaches via presentations, conferences, team meetings, and related events

Create and deliver training virtually and in-person

Anticipate technical needs for learners and various functional learning teams across HUB and provide practical solutions

Communicate regularly with technology vendors to ensure reliable and satisfactory service

Identify emerging technology to support hybrid delivery of various learning programs

Role model positive change - help others navigate transition and organizational change

Onboarding

ID pain points and opportunity areas to create a best-in-class onboarding experience for HUB employees

ID how to streamline business processes and where we can utilize technology to improve the experience and decrease complexity

Lead HUB-wide project teams to build out tools that improve

Ensure onboarding connects to other key moments across the employee experience

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED AND PREFERRED)

Requirements

Experience with various LMS platforms and various remote learning technologies

At least two years of work experience in adult learning

Demonstrated ability to interpret learning objectives and work collaboratively with leadership, program owners, and participants of various levels of technical ability

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Exemplary project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership while maintaining excellent customer service

Strong facilitation experience - virtual and in person

Understands the dynamics of a matrix organization

Willingness to travel - up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Exposure to Cornerstone on Demand a plus

Experience designing and owning learning processes a plus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build deep relationships in a virtual setting

Good organizational savvy, resilient

Experience with Camtasia or other screen capture technology a plus
