of $47m. In just two and a half years, our Chicago office has grown
to a team of thirteen with ambitions to more than double headcount

About the opportunity
This is the first hire into the US people team for Stanton House.
There is a global Chief People Officer based out of the UK and a HR
and Talent Acquisition Manager plus a Senior Talent Development
Partner who would be part of your global team. This role will
therefore require the person to be a self-starter that is
comfortable working with ambiguity. Your reporting line would be
directly into the VP of North America with a dotted line into the
global CPO.
What we're looking for
There are three potential backgrounds that we're considering for
this role:
1) An experienced recruiter, with a track record of success, that
is interested in transitioning over into an internal talent
development / L&D role
2) Someone that already has experience of training and developing
recruiters that wants a new adventure
3) An experienced talent development / L&D professional that
has trained salespeople in another industry that is interested in
transitioning into the world of recruitment
What you'll get in return
Up to $80,000 basic salary plus bonus scheme
