Associate Director, Finance - Strategic Planning will be
responsible for developing an overall division strategy (both
short- and long-term) regarding the financial planning of the
Taste, Meals & Away From Home (TMA) division of Kraft Heinz in
order to prioritize, focus and initiate on key financial areas that
could impact the profitability of the organization. Primary
Responsibilities Provides economic analyses, studies, and counsel
on all matters of potentially significant financial impact to the
company, including economic/competitive trends, pricing, cash flow,
product line evaluation, and capital additions Develops long-range
budgets and other projective guidelines and measures. This is a
high-level analytical position, combining a thorough knowledge of
accounting and finance issues with business sense Analyzes and
reports external economic trends, including effects of government
legislation, and appraises financial effect on the company Prepares
long-term profit/loss forecasts to facilitate management review of
capital appropriations, expansion strategies, product line changes,
etc Lead long term planning processes for BU (incl. Strat Plan,
Impairment, AOP) Evaluates and provides recommendations for pricing
practices, and reviews significant pricing decisions for economic
soundness. Leads special projects such as the economic evaluation
of divestitures or acquisitions, financial effectiveness of
internal operations, and product/profit performance. System
implementation / enhancement (e.g. SST, BI tools) as well as run
point on disruptive projects (e.g. M&A) Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, MBA/CPA preferred Minimum 8+ years' of
Finance related strategic planning Strong Technical and Systems
orientation with Excel mastery and financial systems acumen Strong
communication & influencing skill sets, with a proven ability to
work across organization verticals & horizontals to meet business
needs Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and
negotiation skills as well as exhibiting strong analytical, written
and verbal communication skills An active learner and ambitious
individual who will take pride and ownership of both short-term &
long-term objectives, have a sense of urgency and works well under
pressure Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under
pressure and manage multiple priorities while also having the
ability to influence cross-functional team members and can lead
teams Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to
influence management, in some cases without authority Location(s)
