Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing

Are you creative in your approach to talent engagement?We are looking for a driven, creative and inspiring strategic talent sourcing manager to join our growing talent attraction team.In this role you will be a key part of our extended Talent Attraction leadership team, partnering closely with TA leaders and managing a team of talent sourcers. Both the Strategic Sourcing Manager and the sourcers will drive partnership and close collaboration with our recruiters, with a focus on talent identification and engagement across all functions focused on experienced-level roles. You will champion the sourcing and attraction of underrepresented talent and influence leadership to drive DE&I initiatives forward to shape the culture and advance the success of our organization. You will also promote and champion the employer brand across numerous markets and professional communities.ResponsibilitiesManages, motivates and inspires a team of sourcers to achieve business results by creating an inclusive and innovative culture where each individual feels valued and thrives.Provides strategic consultation with partners and managers concerning market, resources, trends and opportunities to advance the organization.Acts as a brand ambassador of Talent Attraction & by bringing our employee value proposition to life to candidates and by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.Tracks program successes through metric driven information and makes recommendations for enhancements to programs based on data insights.Proactively and continually sources, develops and maintains a viable pipeline and network of qualified and underrepresented talent. Seeks creative solutions for sourcing and building talent communities.Leverages sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, applicant tracking system, other candidate databases, professional organizations and community associations to network, identify and recruit. Exhibits strong competence in penetrating new markets or sources and targeting potential candidates.Uses the full functionality of the CRM system to manage and track the full lifecycle of the talent pipeline and network. Researches and provides business intelligence and market data to support ongoing sourcing initiatives.Ensures standard work and service level agreements are followed and continuously improves results by evaluating, refining and measuring success of operating processes and systems.Supports and attends recruiting events.Continually coordinates and documents communication with hiring managers and recruiters; provides feedback on screening of prospects; assures timely action with recruiters to schedule and communicate movement of prospects through various pre-interview stages.RequirementsBachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of Progressive Talent Acquisition and Attraction experience or equivalent work experience.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and drive an exceptional candidate experience.Engaging leadership & communication style.Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEz, Boolean search, applicant tracking software, social media and external database searches.An advanced level of knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to, successfully sourcing a diverse range of talent, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management.Exhibits strong competence in penetrating new markets or sources and targeting potential candidates utilizing a candidate centric approach.Continuous Improvement mindset and solutions orientated approach to challenges.About Realtor.comAt -, we believe that everyone deserves a home of their own.
