We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager We are looking for someone who is passionate about using content to generate demand. This role is a cross between being an excellent writer and having the ability to manage marketing programs that drive revenue and brand awareness for our business. We want someone that can generate demand by creating compelling content that guides key personas along the buyer journey, from initial interest to buying and renewing. How you'll contribute Own, manage and write for our B2B blog to meet its goal of attracting and engaging with our key buyer personas Assist in building new content for demand generation campaigns and refreshing existing content Have an ear to the market to help inform content calendar and hone in on topics of interest to our customers and prospects Quarterly analysis of content performance and participation in data-driven campaign planning Manage our freelancers workload and set them up for success in writing great content Proactively identify additional revenue opportunities within existing marketing programs or new campaigns What You Need 3+ years building marketing content Bachelor's degree in marketing, english or other relevant field Excellent writing and editing skills (please include two or three writing samples when applying) SEO writing skills Experience in writing various types of content such as blog posts, ebooks, reports, emails, ad copy, webpages and more Ability to interpret performance data to drive optimization of campaigns Desire to be in a fast-paced environment and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Impress us even more HR Industry Knowledge Have experience managing a blog Design Experience Familiarity with content syndication tactics to increase exposure What We Value W e're revolutionizing tech recruitment.
