In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting RedShelf's core product strategy.You will be a member of the Client & Partner delivery team responsible for defining requirements and prioritizing the eCommerce product backlog. The associate product manager will have a significant role in maximizing the value produced by our core product offering and ensuring requirements meet users' needs. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end launch of product features
  • Coordinate between stakeholders, technical lead, and QA to ensure the complete flow of requirements
  • Work in an Agile environment and adjust priorities based on continual process feedback
  • Participate in the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
  • Help to support go-to-market project plans
  • Oversee the product roadmap and ticket writing; lead scrum team responsibilities - standups, planning etc.
  • Own various aspects of the product development lifecycle, including gathering and distilling product feature needs/requirements into Epics, Features & Stories for timely and consistent estimation.Requirements:
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a fast-paced technology-driven organization
    • 3+ years experience working directly with Agile software engineering teams to build software or integration frameworks as an Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
    • Ability to work autonomously with a balanced team approach; you don't need to wait for direction but know when buy-in is critical
    • Strong technical, product, and/or marketing background with the ability to be hands-on with teammates
