Senior Project Manager, Pricing, you will manage complex,
cross-functional initiatives to achieve the strategic objectives of
our pricing organization. In this role you will develop and
maintain the project scope and road map by independently managing
the entire project management lifecycle process. If you're looking

day:
- Manage a diverse scope of projects with end-to-end
delivery
- Identify areas of improvement through strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, particularly to tackle existing and new
issues within the Pricing organization
- Identify current, unstructured processes and manual solutions
that need to be deconstructed
- Devise a more elegant, efficient solution that saves all levels
of the organization time and money
- Make incremental progress on changes and new projects/processes
so benefits are derived in real-time -
- Prepare status reports and coordinate development of training
materials to enable successful deployment of projects
- Effectively communicate issues and risk to all stakeholders,
including senior management up to CEO
- Manage training program for the Pricing organization to enhance
the new hire and onboarding experience for the pricing team
- Act as administrator for implemented programs What you need to
succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military
experience
- 2 years of business experience in project management
- Deep, full lifecycle project management experience
- Functional knowledge of project management methodologies (such
as Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.)
- Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet,
Microsoft 364 SharePoint/List, etc.
- Strong working knowledge with Microsoft OfficeIt'd be great if
you also have:
- PMP Certification
- Strong ability to operate independently
- 5 years of business experience in project management
- Ability to convey issues and come up with effective
solutions
- Knowledge in project/program management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as to have
the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the
organization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in
a fast-paced environment
