Global ERP Program Manager
Summary/Job Description:
In search of an experienced, driven program manager that wants to
be a part of the largest and most strategic initiative in the
Interiors SBU. The Interiors SBU has launched a strategic
initiative to implement SAP across 22 of its global locations,
reducing the existing 16 ERP systems down to 2 SAP instances. The
SAP initiative is a highlight on the SFP (Strategy Financial Plan)
and is foundational to our business growth and innovation by
enabling system usage, connection, and efficient processes. Because
of the initiative's importance, Interior's Leadership Team has
created a cross-functional business team to integrate SAP into the
business efficiently and effectively. The SAP Project Manager is a
significant, high-visibility leadership role in the Interiors SAP
Team. This Program Manager has responsibility to execute
multi-year, multi-site SAP Implementations to scope and on time and
budget. The role has program oversight and works collaboratively
with the business and Digital Technology teams to reduce risk and
achieve program milestones. This position requires a professional
with demonstrated skills and knowledge in Program Management, with
experience leading medium to large-sized programs. Previous
software implementation is a plus. This position will have decision
making authority and be responsible to develop and drive program
plans, problem resolution, negotiated solutions, communication, and
coordination across the cross-functional SAP Implementation Team.
This leader will also contribute to strategic decision making.
This role requires an experienced leader that has demonstrated
successful use of program management tools: IMS, EVMS, milestone
management, risk management, formal presentations to
executives.
This role reports into Sr. Director - Global ERP Implementation -
Interiors

Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience
and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced
Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience.
