Village Medical is hiring a Digital Campaign Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) as part of our CRM practice. You will partner with Marketing organization to identify opportunities, hone strategy and implementation of marketing automation campaigns, and develop best practices and processes - in pursuit of achieving company strategic imperatives.

You will be responsible for implementation and management of campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a primary focus on deployment, segmentation decisioning, journey building and email or mobile execution. The ideal candidate has a mix of marketing strategy, project management, customer journey implementation and email deployment experience, with an emphasis on platform knowledge and expertise within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

How You Can Make a Difference

• Own end-to-end implementation and execution of automated marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Provide project status updates and campaign results to key stakeholders
• Coordinate assets, links, segmentation, etc. for effective campaign launches
• Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve campaign performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting
• Conduct platform audit of execution processes for revision and optimization to drive streamline execution processes
• Drive targeted communications production process for email campaigns and triggers
• Serve as the gatekeeper and final approver of executions with stakeholder sign-off
• Provide weekly reporting recaps and campaign optimization recommendation

  • Has start-up experience and "whatever it takes" attitude
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in advertising technology is a plus (Google Ads, Social Media, etc.
    Experience To Drive Change
    
    • 5+ years experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder
    • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Marketing Cloud
    • Experience setting up communication sends, content management, and data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, facilitation methods, problem solving skills
    • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist required, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator is a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience in business, marketing or technolog
