Chateau Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a progressive, skilled nursing facility located in Willowbrook, Illinois, currently has an opening for an:*Experienced Director of Business Development**This position requires the following: *\ * Recent experience in Business Development/Marketing in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living or healthcare environment is a must\ * Existing relationships withlocal hospitals, social workers. hospital discharge planners, physicians, etc. preferred\ * Must be able to develop a strategic marketing plan which will enhance census growth\ * Must be able to assure a smooth transition for incoming clients from referring agencies\ * Must have excellent presentation skills and be able to promote the facility in a positive manner\ * Should be able to work in collaboration with the management team of the facility\ * Must be able to travel throughout the area to connect and maintain contact with referral agencies\ * Should have working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurances\ * Will assist internal marketing staff with census reports, etc. as needed\ * Solid work history, with a demonstrated success track record in healthcare marketingWe offer a competitive salary and comprehensive and generous benefit plan.*Please forward your resume for immediate consideration.*Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: One location
