Job DescriptionManager, Product and Lifecycle Marketing (Avail, part of the realtor.com® network)About us:Realtor.com®, a leading online destination for real estate services, has acquired Avail. This role will align with the Avail team, the newest addition to the realtor.com® network. Avail offers a software platform with a complete set of tools, guidance, and best in class educational content providing landlords with everything they need to be confident and professional.The RoleThe role of product marketing is to ensure Avail helps each landlord and tenant successfully complete the task(s) they need to do, while delivering a delightful experience through written communications, design, and experience. The Manager, Product and Lifecycle Marketing works on the marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing, leading a staff of email/CRM and product marketers. This individual is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving customer success, driving new customer revenue, and increasing customer loyalty.What will you do?Responsibilities

  • Own customer journey post lead identification to revenue
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for product and feature campaigns
  • Lead cross-functional teams in pursuit of establish company OKRs
  • Manage product marketing and CRM roadmaps to best support product releases
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, and training for the product & lifecycle marketing vertical
  • Build and update relevant dashboards reporting customer success and revenue metricsWhat will you bring?Requirements
    • 5 - 7 years product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing experience
    • Highly detailed oriented
    • Expert-level experience in email marketing
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to build and lead teams
    • Experience owning marketing roadmaps
    • Deep understanding of the buyer cycle and how to influence buyer behavior
    • Past experience working in a product led growth model, including knowledge of OKR formation, A/B testing, and KPI measurement
    • Proficiency managing projects using project management softwares like airtable or Jira
    • Strong technical acumen, with a comfort working directly with product and engineering teams
    • Experience working with performance analytics to make data-driven decisions
    • Knowledge and experience working Segment, Mixpanel, Iterable, SendGrid, and/or Twilio Nice to Haves:
      • Expertise in residential real estate investing, property management, and/or landlording
