This individual will have P&L responsibility for existing client expansion and new logo acquisition. The portfolio team's goal is to expand within existing accounts through detailed account planning, management of existing deployed resources, and building relationships with key influencers as well as working with our sales teams to help open new client relationships through direct sales efforts as well as responding to RFP's. The Market Unit Leader will work closely with our business development, marketing, training, delivery, and channel partnership teams to achieve those objectives.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise account managers
  • Supervise detailed account plans as living and breathing documents
  • Responsible for the portfolio P&L and other targets
  • Recruit, train, and nurture members of the account team
  • Develop senior influencer relationships within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular periodic (weekly) team review meetings, monthly business reviews (MBR's) with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and QBR's with senior leadership
  • Ensure the quality and cadence of information within the CRM
  • Update and maintain an accurate and detailed client pipelineQualifications
    • Deep experience in covering key personas within the technology client ecosystems. These would include but not limited to the CIO, CHRO, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Software Engineering Team Lead functions
    • The candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong familiarity with modern technologies
    • Managed roughly $35M book of business
    • Elite analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills as well as adaptability
    • Managed team of 5-20 sales people
    • Track record exceeding performance metrics/quotas
    • A software engineering background is not a pre-requisite but is desired.
    • 8-15 years of experience
    • Passionate on building and expanding client relationships
