Job Title: Supplier Quality Supervisor Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Our client is a global CMO for medical devices. The company is searching for a Supplier Quality Supervisor to help drive supplier processes and ensure compliance to ISO and FDA standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in APQP and is a certified quality professional (CQE, CQA, etc.)
Responsibilites: --- Manage and lead the site SQE team --- Develop key supplier capability for strategic growth --- Maintain, review, and approve all Supplier Quality QMS documentation --- Manage the execution of supplier assessment and development activities --- Manage the execution of part qualification activities at the site level. --- Manage supplier quality performance metrics to support customer and supplier business reviews. --- Lead problem part resolution relative to supplied non-conforming parts, issuing appropriate supplier corrective action activities --- Manage supplier quality systems and tools
Qualifications: --- Bachelors in STEM. Masters is preferred --- 7 years of related experience is required --- CQA certification is preferred
