    • Drive the development of Product Marketing at Baker Tilly, in close collaboration with the product lead for Growth Strategies, Marketing, and the Product Management organization
    • Develop product marketing campaigns that feed our strategic growth plan, assist in the delivery of our product roadmaps, and communicate the value proposition of our products to our target markets.
    • Articulate product value via content (including but not limited to web content, data sheets, infographics, solution briefs, white papers, user guides, tutorials, RFP content, pitch decks, sales documentation, product videos, release announcements, etc.)
    • Develop product marketing tools and training for our sales organization
    • Collaborate with the Customer Experience program to gain insight into customer use of current products, buyer personas, how they buy and their buying criteria; measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to adoption and usage
    • Collaborate with Growth Intelligence to leverage market and competitive trends for product positioning.
      Qualifications:

      • Product marketing experience (3-5 years)
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
      • Minimum of five (5) years of exposure to or direct experience with SaaS or related product marketing
      • Ability to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, excellent communicator, ability to teach and coach others
      • Project management skills, organization, ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely manner, and ability to handle details while keeping an eye on the big picture
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present effectively with all levels of staff and work well in a team-focused environment.
