Description: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING - ADON - Generations at Applewood, Matteson, IL Generations at Applewood, Matteson, IL, has an Opening for an Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON. This is a Full Time Role with a Salary Range of $85k - $90k, Depending upon Qualifications. The Ideal Candidate Must be a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (Clinical Services Supervisor): The Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON collaborates with the Director of Nursing - DON (Director of Clinical Services)
Ensures care plans are implemented and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
Manages the clinical team, develops programs and provides education to staff
Plans and evaluates nursing systems, rotations and methods
Requirements: Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Illinois
Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Must have leadership and critical thinking skills
Long-term care experience with knowledge of regulations desirable
Prior experience in a skilled nursing, intermediate or long-term care facility preferred
ICU or ventilator experience a plus
Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults Equal Opportunity Employer IND3
