Job Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Director of Account Management oversees client support and serves as the primary liaison to WellBe's key partners including national and regional health plans, risk-bearing medical groups and other healthcare organizations. This role will work directly with WellBe leadership, clinical and operational teams to ensure partner success, develop exceptional client relationships, and meet all financial, operational, and quality objectives. The Director of Account Management is responsible for developing the strategy and service roadmap for growth in partnership with the company's Chief Growth Officer, Founder/CEO, and Chief Financial Officer.

Job Description:

* Develops and delivers service/revenue growth plan for each account.
* Ensures a smooth transition from new business development to new client implementations, including new market growth and expansion with existing health plan partnerships.
* Identifies programs and takes initiative to grow and expand services/revenue (both horizontal and vertical growth) in collaboration with clients. Implements strong program management, coordination with partners and key stakeholders to ensure contract milestones are achieved.
* Develops and prepares quarterly Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meeting materials.
* Represents the company in a variety of professional settings to promote the model and brand awareness in the market
* Drives renewal strategies for existing clients, provides support for client contract negotiations.
* Designs, develops, measures and reports against growth and renewal goals, with a structured, problem-solving approach.
* Works with senior leadership across clients to resolve contract questions, including data and reporting, operational metrics, billing, and financial issues.
* Supports input and drafting responses to RFPs and RFIs in association with new growth opportunities
* Supports other cross functional leaders in the development of standards and on process improvement in order to scale and drive revenue.
* Builds strong working relationships with clients and key decision makers, identifying account strengths and development needs and working with stakeholders to improve effectiveness and efficiencies.
* Take initiative to build and promote a culture of collaboration and courageous teamwork, respect, and trust, and putting patients first.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
*Educational Requirements*:

* Bachelor's Degree
* 5+ years' Account management or sales/business development
* 5+ years' Experience managing client relationships
* 5+ years' Successful track record of retaining and growing client revenue
*Required Skills and Abilities: *

* Experience working with health plans and healthcare provider organizations
* Experience working in startup environment, creative and flexible to adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills to build strong relationships with senior leaders and team members
* Leadership skills and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals
* Self-starter, energetic and initiative to work autonomously when needed
* Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Google-based technology, PowerPoint and presentation development skills, Excel, and other technologies
* Passion for healthcare delivery and company mission to bring comprehensive geriatric care to seniors nationwide
*Supervisory Responsibility*: No supervisory responsibilities.

*Travel requirements:* Travel may be required up to 15-25% locally or nationally

*Work Conditions:* This position will work in a variety of settings, e.g. office. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Requires prolonged sitting.Requires bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, crouching, crawling and/or stretching from seated or standing positions. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate medical equipment, frequently operates a keyboard, telephone, copier, and other office equipment. Manual dexterity and coordination necessary to operated office equipment, telephone, keyboard, copier and calculator.Requires close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust visual focus, and hearing.Must be able to communicate information via telephone or computer.Requires intense concentration due to complexity.
