Job SummaryReporting to the Vice President, finance you will be a partner to the VP General Manager of Global Markets, providing financial expertise, leadership and support to the Global Markets organization. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, management and analysis of the Global Markets P&L and being a capable financial advisor to the VP of International Finance, being a liaison with other regional finance directors. Manage the development of the Global Markets finance team.Position Responsibilities

• You will provide financial leadership and analysis to Global Markets, partner to VP GM of Global Markets
• Lead development of strategic plan, annual plan and business forecasts providing specific, actionable and forward-looking deep insights on the changes and guidance on potential risk
• Develop/implement necessary processes to support internal forecasting/reporting requirements resulting in optimized forecast accuracy
• Improve financial modeling and processes with an ultimate objective of creating accurate financial projections in an efficient manner
• Identify and communicate key financial and business drivers in order to influence decisions
• You will lead communication of plan, forecast, and actual results to Global Markets Leadership Team and VP of International Finance
• Direct the monthly close process
• Manage SOX compliance, support internal and external audits
• Provide the Global Markets finance team with training and ongoing development
• You will lead the development of monthly and quarterly reporting packages by International and Corporate
• Partner with IT to ensure the systems supporting Global Markets are operational and continue to refine design of the systems
• Participate in and support finance team and Global Markets projects as needed
• Manage team of managers and financial analysts to meet objectives
• Support VP of International Finance in developing international financial analytic competenciesPosition Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 10 years work experience with 5+ years financial management and FP&A experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods industry
  • CPA, CMA certification and/or MBA preferred
  • Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Ability to analyze and assimilate relevant data into key financial recommendations and decisions
  • International experience in CPG industry preferred
  • Spanish language desirable, not required
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers, peers and effectively managing those relationship
