The top candidate will have demonstrated impact leading Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding and experience as a value-add HRBP. Our new teammate is passionate about all HR functional areas and has the drive, smarts, and integrity to guide and optimize our culture and talent. This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Talent department of a high-growth SaaS company and contribute to an exciting and critical chapter of our success. This is a remote leadership position reporting to our Chief People Officer. Travel is expected approximately twice a quarter. Benefits

  • Paid Parental Leave Responsibilities
    • Lead talent acquisition strategy and execution nationally and globally
    • Oversee recruitment team to deliver a pipeline of diverse top talent across multiple levels & departments
    • Create and execute highly successful strategic sourcing campaigns
    • Directly recruit 5-10 roles, including director-level technology roles
    • Lead strategy and execution for internal and external Employer Branding
    • Own quarterly and annual goals for Recruitment and Employer Branding, including reporting and exceeding key success metrics
    • Strategic Talent Partner (HRBP) for multiple departments
    • Manage a team of 3-4 in the next 12 months
    • Continuously elevate internal brand Requirements
      • 8+ years of full-cycle Recruiting, HRBP, and HR Generalist experience in high-growth companies
      • 8+ years leading Recruitment and Employer Branding strategies in SaaS
      • 8+ years of direct management experience.
      • 5+ years of global Recruitment and Employer Branding experience
