LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, ASSOCIATE - SR. MANAGER COHORTS
(HYBRID - BOSTON, NEW YORK, CHICAGO, OR WASHINGTON, DC)

The Learning and Development Manager manages and designs programs
and initiatives that support the firm's strategy for the continued
professional development and learning of its employees. This role
works closely with the Director of Leadership Development, and
broader Talent team, Human Resources, and individual consultants to
ensure high-quality and effective delivery of learning programs for
our consulting staff.
Specifically, the Learning and Development Manager will focus on
Associate- Sr. Manager Learning and Development and will have a
significant impact in shaping the nature and quality of learning
and professional development for our highly successful Associate
Development Program. - They will work closely with the Director of
Leadership Development and the rest of the team to design and
manage innovative learning programs and experiences for our
Associate - Sr. Manager cohorts; develop a cultivation strategy and
plan for high-achieving consultants; contribute to the Diversity,
Equity and Inclusion curriculum; spearhead the development of
e-learning content as applicable for a range of programs; and
partner with Staffing and Human Resources to manage the performance
review process for the Associate - Sr. Manager cohorts.
