Values:Role:Swift Prepared Foods is searching for a Sales
Operations Manager to lead and develop this capability within our
Retail & Foodservice businesses. This exciting role will facilitate
growth by effectively leading and developing sales operational
capabilities and processes for a fast-growing Retail and
Foodservice business. This role will help to develop and lead
processes to include, Master files management, Order to Cash (bill
pay, terms, deduction management), Pricing communication and
adherence, RFP and NDA contract management.The Manager will support
the Swift Prepared Foods strategy with focused recommendations,
based in facts, and in coordination with all cross-functional
stakeholders & sales leaders. The role will own the improvement of
our sales operational capabilities and customer relationship
management (CRM) initiatives. Excellent communication,
interpersonal skills and a proven ability to tactically lead and
execute strategic initiatives is critical for this role. Candidates
will be driven by data & continuous improvement in all aspects of
their responsibilities. This role will report into the Head of
Sales & Marketing, part of the growing leadership team, and will be
based at our headquarters in Chicago,
Il.Responsibilities:Lead/Develop sales operational capabilities and
processes such as Master files management, Order to Cash (bill pay,
terms, deduction management), Pricing communication and adherence,
RFP and NDA contract management.Facilitate sales policy and
compliance monitoringFacilitate continuous improvement for retail
and foodservice broker relationships/contract/trade show management
and executionStructure, simplify and manage initiative development
and ongoing analysis across sales channels and in cooperation with
cross-functional teams.Facilitate Sales KPI tracking to defined
benchmarks in coordination with Sales Leadership.Other duties as
assigned Skills and Qualifications:Models behaviors that support

ability to develop, align and execute vision and strategy across
multiple functions.Leverages facts and data to develop strategic
recommendations and deliver results. Highly proficient
communication skills, capable of influencing effectively at all
levels.Ability to work within a matrix organization as a proven
collaborator and problem solver.Strong internal/external industry
knowledge, including B-2-B and B-2-C environments, with a broad
understanding of all aspects of sales/customer management.Proven
strength in data analysis, project leadership, technology/systems
utilization, process improvement and strategy development.Excellent
skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
to drive simple and effective communication to all levels of the
organization.5+ years sales, Operations Management or equivalent
experience Retail, Foodservice or CPG preferred.Bachelors Degree
business, planning, analytics or finance preferred.Travel up to 30%
as needed for strategic sales support. Physical Demands:The
