Alliance Resource Group has partnered with one of the most prestigious consulting firms in US. This team specializes in technical accounting, IPO readiness, M&A advisory, FDD, valuations, SOX, IT Risk, and much more. We are seeking to recruit a few unique individuals for this team ranging from 5 years spanning to 20+ years of experience. These will range from Manager to Senior Manager and possibly a partner. This is a team build out and we are looking to make about 5-10 hires for this business. We are looking for industry experts across all walks of business, but this team specifically needs Big 4 experience. Big 4 external audit work is a must and required. Private industry plus Big 4 is welcomed.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Accounting (ASC 842, 606, 350, 718, etc.) dependent on project
• SEC Financial Statements (10K, 10Q, S-1, etc.)
• GL, Treasury, month-end, ERP implementation, leading accounting functions in organizations, etc.
• M&A advisory, Financial Due Diligence, IPO readiness, valuations, etc.
• SOX 404 implementations, internal controls, month-end oversight, etc.
• Interim Controller, interim CFO, etc.
  ? Requirements:
  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Must have experience at Big 4 experience
  • External audit required
  • CPA required at a Senior Manager level 8+ years
