DetailsDirector of Business Development and Client Services
Responsible for internal marketing services including client/market
research; responding to RFPs; running the client
feedback/satisfaction program; support and implement attorney
business development plan training and execution;
administration/management/support for the Relationship Development
Sherpa Program; and supporting internal RSHC practice teams
(groups) with implementation of business plans.You'll help lead the
firm forward, continuing their successes and bringing new vitality
and exciting ideas to the Firm. This position is a director-level
position in the Firm.Must have experience:Writing RFPs which is a
huge component of this role. They are looking for someone that can
assess their current RFP process, help come up with a better
structure for handling RFPs, analyze metrics, address RFP needs of
their clients, and can come in and help the firm be
competitiveContent CreationPartnering the right clients with the
right partnersResearchBusiness Development: One of the major areas
of focus for this position will be on helping the attorneys achieve
their business development goals. Whether it's overseeing the
creation of marketing materials or helping make connections and
deepen relationships, your contributions to this part of the Firm
