Note- position is remote, will have to come into Chicago but not very much. Looking for 7 plus years of experience in Managing Marketing projects.

Work shift (days/times) - M-F -9-5CT(1st Shift)
Work Location - Preferably Chicago, though they will mostly be working remotely, only going to the office at 500 W Monroe, Chicago, IL rarely, as needed. IF the right candidate is not local to Chicagoland, then remote is OK.

Travel Required (% of travel) - 0% long distance travel. If local to Chicago, infrequent travel to the office in the city may be required from time to time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Marketing Program Manager you'll be responsible for the execution of project management for key programs and projects within the U.S. and Canada Marketing function. With a maniacal focus on timeline and budget management as well as continuously improving processes, this leader will ensure that their project teams are always improving efficiency and achieving desired marketing and business outcomes. Equally important, the successful candidate will have a passion for collaboration and the ability to inspire their project team members to value the input of others and always strive for better. This role will report to the Director, Marketing Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
--- Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to plan and deliver an integrated omnichannel marketing program, including aspects of research, brand and messaging strategy, sales collateral, paid media asset development, video creation, website landing page design and development, email campaigns, tradeshow promotion
--- Engage with both internal personnel, as well as agency vendors to execute project deliverables
--- Collaborate alongside the Head of Marketing to efficiently and effectively execute against their strategic marketing vision and established milestone dates
--- Consult on aspects of the marketing program throughout the planning and execution process to ensure that tactics are designed to drive the intended outcomes and can be measured to monitor performance
--- Create and maintain a comprehensive project timeline that covers the inputs, dependencies and outputs of all aspects of the marketing program, including oversight of the vendor procurement process and associated purchase order and invoice processing.
--- Identify, document and monitor project risks and mitigation plans
--- Report Program execution health and status to Head of Marketing and other key program stakeholders
Qualifications
--- 7+ years demonstrated leadership experience in a project management or lean/agile leadership position, with proven results in efficiency and ROI.
--- Prior experience working in or with Marketing in such a way as to be familiar with the function and its typical processes.
--- Prior experience effectively leading a new team, bringing team members together to achieve outcomes and find common ground around goals
--- Analytic skills: A hands-on, detail-oriented professional with excellent technical, analytical, planning, evaluation and implementation skills.
--- Demonstrated experience with Marketing Operations, including budget management; managing relationships with sourcing, legal and external vendors; processes related to regulatory and legal document and engagement approvals
--- Clear and effective communication and presentation skills
--- Ability to encourage and model collaboration and professionalism, all while driving rigorous alignment to processes and accountability to outcomes.
--- Entrepreneurial and innovative - able to work with ambiguity, providing structure to unstructured situations.
Preferred Qualifications
--- Professional certification preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean
--- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, Google Analytics, Allocadia, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and Workfront
--- Prior agency experience, or working with agency vendors
--- Healthcare product/industry acumen
