• Ability to evaluate personnel needs/effectiveness and implement effective development activities for salaried & hourly reports.

  Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus significant experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent in education and experience.
    
  • Supervisory experience of an hourly union workforce.
    
  • Experience working preferably in the food or pharmaceutical ingredients or products.
    
  • Knowledge of company and regulatory rules, policies and procedures in the areas of GMP, quality and safety.
    
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Software applications (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.).
    
  • Familiar with Lean Six Sigma tools and Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
