Job Description:

An MRA member is looking to add a Director of Sales with experience in -Rehabilitation Therapies to their team. This is a newly created role, to assist the company with growth. -This member provides rehabilitation services in skilled nursing, independent and assisted living, as well as -outpatient settings to individuals in the Chicago area. Their board-certified therapists offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy -contract -services throughout the greater Chicagoland area and Southern Wisconsin. - -This position will report to the SVP of Corporate Operations. -Responsibilities: -

• Develop and implement a sales process, as well as a sales system. -
• Adapt to the changing market in the medical field while achieving annual business contract metrics. -
• Increase sales. -
• Establishes relationships with new and existing customers. -
• Identifies and closes new sales opportunities and increases revenue. -Requirements: -
• A proven track record in Rehabilitation Therapy (PT, OT and ST) sales. - -
• Experience with expanding and growing territories. -
