We power critical projects across energy, transportation, retail, healthcare and more. -As a Manager on the Finance team you will work with senior members of the Finance Team as well as non-finance stakeholders to understand the story behind the numbers, assess monthly / quarterly risks and opportunities, and improve forecasting across the business. - You will have direct interaction with leadership and will influence the success of the company through both recurring continuous improvement activities and project-based value creation activities. -Financial Planning Responsibilities:Leverage a cross-functional FP&A approach to monitor the business and to identify and execute on opportunities for continuous improvementBudgeting & Forecasting

• Establish culture of data-driven decision making by challenging assumptions and thought processes as appropriate
• Partner with leaders across the company in developing operating budgets and key metrics to measure progress against goals
• Support the development of long-term financial planning and incorporate company strategy into financial projection models
• Track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), financial metrics and benchmarks, including TCV, ARR, CAC, etc.
• Leverage variance analysis to identify performance trends and think critically to develop recommendations for improvement
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership and Board of DirectorsAnalytical Tools
  • Leverage technology to build scalable processes that result in insightful and robust reporting
  • Work with IT counterparts to support the implementation and improvement of financial systems
  • Work cross-functionally to improve data integrity and ensure systems interface properly with relevant tools -Value Creation Responsibilities:Leverage a project based, consultative approach to support strategic decision making in partnership with executive leadershipStrategic Finance
    • Contribute to the development of the company strategy across all areas of the business
    • Develop business cases and provide financial thought leadership when evaluating organic and inorganic growth strategies
    • Identify and evaluate value drivers underpinning specific growth initiatives
    • Conduct research to test value creation hypotheses in support of investment decisions
    • Support Product and Commercial teams with market sizing, pricing strategy, and customer profitability insights
    • Provide analytical and execution expertise on M&A transactions from pre-acquisition due diligence through post-acquisition integration
    • Perform scenario analysis of financial outcomes based on a range of operational levers impacting the business
    • Evaluate and prioritize investment alternatives through financial lens of TAM, growth rates, and ROI, etc.Implementation
      • Contribute to project management efforts required to implement organic and inorganic growth strategies
      • Partner with VP Finance on components of larger transformational initiatives while leading smaller initiatives independently
      • Develop project scopes based on business requirements, key areas of investigation, inputs and analysis, and timelines required
      • Map out value creation plans, including timeline of capital expenditures required and prioritization of initiatives
      • Facilitate cross-functional status updates to drive alignment, identify interdependencies, and mitigate key risks and issues -Qualifications:Background
        • Track record of continuous progression in a finance or strategy function, performing strategic analyses, valuation, and/or long-term planning
        • 5+ years of total experience, with 2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate finance
        • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred, MBA preferredQuantitative
          • Foundational proficiency in analysing operational and financial data to deliver strategic insights
          • Significant experience with financial modelling and business transformation efforts
          • Exceptional analytical and Excel/data manipulation skills
          • Process-oriented mind-set, continuously seeking ways to make processes more efficient and less error-prone
          • Working knowledge of GAAP accountingQualitative
            • Excellent interpersonal skills; effective in communicating financial matters to non-finance people
            • Executive presence and demeanour to work closely with leadership in a fast-paced, demanding environment
            • Proactive mind-set with the ability to prioritize effectively and work cross-functionally
            • Highly organized with an attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
            • Ability to connect the dots, draw appropriate conclusions from incomplete data, and simplify when appropriate
