YOUR ROLE Award-winning, Chicago-based, experiential marketing agency is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive with a focus on Project Management to lead and support rapid growth on an expanding piece of business. This individual will lead processes, delegate responsibilities, monitor project progress, including setting deadlines, problem-solving issues, budgeting, stake-holder satisfaction, and performance evaluation. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate program logistics, planning and client communication via Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Prepare budget based on SOW and resource requirements, as well as continually tracking costs in order to remain aligned
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and process
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by delegating tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Suggest and manage applicable metrics for execution and programs; analyze throughout and make necessary adjustments to ensure success
• Proactively anticipate disruptions and problem-solve to guide clients partners towards mutual success
• Provide direction to Agency support teams and ensure accountability SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 - 6 years professional, relevant agency, brand management, marketing or experiential experience
  • Leadership abilities; experience delegating to and managing others
  • Proficiency in internal and external relationship building
  • Strategic problem solver and decision maker
  • Keen attention to detail and extremely organized
  • Employer/corporate branding experience a plus
  • Solid understanding of KPI's and ability to analyze and recap campaign performance
  • Proficient in Microsoft operating systems ad programs including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Expertise with project management software(e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; Project Management, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred SALARY AND BENEFITS
    • $65,000-$75,000/Year
