Job Description:
What will you be doing?The Content Marketing Manager is
responsible for helping to create and manage MoLo's integrated
content marketing strategy. As the Content Marketing Manager, you
will create best-in-class digital and social content focused on
enhancing sales growth, brand health, and customer loyalty. You
will collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional
business partners to plan, develop, create, execute, and report all
digital media and social media. You will utilize your experience,
technical skills, creativity, and analytics to build and maintain
an engaged following.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of MoLo's digital and social
strategy through cross-functional collaboration with marketing and
sales teams.
- Prepare digital and social trend reports for the executive and
sales teams by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
and aligned marketing activity
- Manage the development and deployment of all digital and social
content ensuring tone, voice, and personality are consistent with
brand strategy
- Track key performance indicators (KPI) and deliver reports for
all social and digital campaigns and programs
- Manage agency relationships in day-to-day media purchasing,
audience targeting, optimization, and reporting for all
social/digital initiatives
- Maintain awareness of emerging platforms and help brainstorm
new ways to leverage the platforms for brand development
- Develop unique, stand-out advertising in formats that include,
but are not limited to, creative, in video, still and
animation
- Create and manage MoLo's internal content library which may
include, but at not limited to word docs, sales presentations,
video, social media imagery, photography, email marketing, and
market report
- Assist in maintaining MoLo style and brand guidelines to ensure
consistency, accuracy, and quality amongst internal and external
partners
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business,
communications, graphic design, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and social media
marketing
- Experience in paid media buying, including search, social, and
digital
- Proficiency with social media management and design tools (e.g.
Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Adobe, Canva, Photoshop,
WordPress)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and
verbal
- Ability to effectively project manage and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
and executing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
to action
- A portfolio showcasing your design, process, and your
proficiency in delivering compelling creative product
