Now hiring a Project Manage /Assistant Project Manager for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager for direct-hire in Chicago!

This position is open to Hybrid. Annual salary is for Project Manager is $100k-$125k plus project bonus and for Assistant Project Manager is $60-75k plus project bonus.

Well established company that provides services throughout the country. From large institutional projects, to specialized healthcare facilities, to retail, restaurants, industrial and multi-family residential

Job Duties:
-Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
-Develop project schedules and forecast labor needs for active jobs.
-Open new doors for projects some sale
-Assist estimators and business development as technical resource on new projects.
-Develop punch list and ensure successful completion of project meeting customer expectations
-Negotiate project costs and manage budgets.
-Coordinate all design and construction processes and construction phases.
-Run entire project from start to close out docs
-Manage field personnel including job assignments and performance appraisals.

-Minimum 4 years of experience managing construction projects, assistant 1+ year
-Experience on city, Federal or VA sites preferred.
-Experience with JOC work preferred
-Book of business a plus
-Effective communication skills accompanied by positive, self-confident, and assertive attitude
-Satisfactory background check and drug testing
-OSHA 30 preferred
-Procore experience preferred.-Minimum 4 years of experience managing construction projects, assistant 1+ year
